At Blue Collar By Choice Inc., we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase options. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you may need to cancel your purchase option. Please read this policy carefully to understand our cancellation policy.

  1. Subscription Options Our subscription options are recurring payments that renew automatically at the end of each subscription term. You may cancel your subscription option at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription term to avoid being charged for the next term. We do not offer refunds for subscription options.

  2. Custom Orders Custom orders are made-to-order products that are specially made to your specifications. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your custom order. If you need to cancel your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

  3. Standard Orders Standard orders are non-custom products that are available for purchase on our website. You may cancel your standard order at any time before it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item(s) to us in order to receive a refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

  4. Refunds Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the cancellation request, provided that the cancellation meets the conditions set forth in this policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

  5. Changes to this Policy We may update this cancellation policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.
